– Prior to initiating a booking or service purchase, please read these terms and conditions carefully as they set out the respective rights and obligations. By proceeding with your booking or sevice , you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These conditions only apply to the service or trip arrangements which you book with us and which we agree to make. However, we reserve the right, at any time, amend or supplement these terms, without written notice.

  1. General Terms

– Customers shall be responsible (at its own cost) for:

(a) The selection of the service

(b) Cooperating with us in all matters relating to their requests

(c) In respect of each service, you will be responsible for: (i) providing complete, accurate information; (ii) ensuring that at no time is the relevant Information in any way inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

(d) If you fail to comply with its obligations under section above, we do not have any liability towards offering any refunds.

(e) You accept that we act as commercial agent on your behalf to book the service.

– All notices  must be delivered, sent by email or other communication channels means ( Facebook, Instagram, What’s App , Tiktok , Phone calls ).

1.1 Bookings and Services

– Online purchased packages and services are non-refundable and Irrevocable.

– To purchase a trip or any other services , please follow the procedure shown on our website or get in touch with us via our communication channels to make any specific bookings. By asking us to confirm your purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.

1.1.1 Booking on behalf of others

– If you make a purchase for anyone other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travellers. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf; that you have obtained all required consents; and that you will inform them of these terms and warrant that they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for your booking; notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required; and keeping the other travellers informed of all information relevant to your purchase.

1.1.2 Confirmations

– After you complete your purchase, we’ll send you an email or a message through our communication channels to confirm your booking within the next 24 hours. Please get in touch with us if you have not received any confirmations. 

1.1.3 Accommodation and Ticket Details

– Once your travel package reservation has been confirmed , there is no requirement to present a printed hotel reservation upon check-in. You may simply provide your valid passport at the reception desk of the accommodation.

– Customers are responsible for verifying the official check-in times of their accommodation in advance. Should your estimated arrival time differ from the specified check-in period, you must coordinate directly with the accommodation to arrange an appropriate check-in time.

– In the event that the accommodation does not correspond to the details outlined in your booking confirmation, you must report this to the reception immediately and prior to using the room or any of its facilities.

– A printed copy of your flight ticket is not required. Your ticket will be issued and sent electronically between four (4) and twelve (12) hours prior to your scheduled departure. Upon arrival at the airport, you may proceed directly to the boarding gate if traveling with hand luggage only. If you have checked baggage, including items such as strollers, you can present them at the designated airline check-in counter.

– Each passenger is permitted one (1) small personal item with maximum dimensions of 40 x 20 x 25 cm. Passengers may also purchase an additional cabin bag allowance of up to 10 kg, with dimensions not exceeding 55 x 40 x 20 cm. The cabin bag must be stored in the overhead compartment on board.

– For passengers traveling with children, child-related items and accessories are permitted. This includes a stroller, which may be brought to the gate and will not be counted against your baggage allowance. However, such items will be checked into the aircraft hold either at the gate or at the designated bag drop area, subject to airport-specific procedures.

1.1.4 Travel Insurance

– We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance or equivalent coverage for your trip, as our travel packages do not include it. Upon request, we can assist you in arranging suitable travel insurance. However, please note that if your claim is denied by the insurance provider, we cannot be held responsible for enforcing the claim or intervening in any disputes with the insurer.

1.1.5 Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

– We provide information about the requirements for any passport holders to enter each destination we offer to the best of what we know. However, travellers should determine the passport, visa, identification, and entry requirements that apply to them. Requirements are subject to change, often without notice, and we suggest you verify requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of each traveller to understand and comply with all entry requirements, including acquiring and carrying the proper travel documents and paying any Entry & Exit Fees. We will not be held responsible for any trip interruptions, cancellations, or costs incurred by failure to comply with these requirements.

 Passports should be valid for at least six months after your date of return (longer for some destinations), or you may be denied entry. Some countries also require a specific number of blank visa pages in your passport.

– The names of all travellers must be provided to us exactly as they appear on their passport, including titles such as Jr. or Sr. and any multiple first, middle, or last names. Any errors that are not corrected prior to travel could prevent you from boarding your flights or your entry to some countries and may require the purchase of new airfare. 

– For some packages , you must send us colour copies of each traveller’s passport photo/signature once we are contacting you. If we do not receive this promptly, your booking may be subject to cancellation.

– Travel visas may be required for many countries. Some countries also require proof of immunization against certain diseases. Minors (children under the age of 18) traveling without parents, with only one parent, or with a parent of a different surname may be required to provide other documents. Please review the requirements before travelling as any travellers are responsible for determining the visa requirements that apply to them.

Some countries, airports, or ports may require the payment of entry or exit fees, border crossing fees, or other taxes or fees upon arrival or departure, which must be paid directly by the traveller and cannot be included in our package prices. You are responsible for payment of these fees. In some cases, these may be paid by credit card, but others may only be payable in Euro or local currency. We do our best to inform you of such fees when you book and/or prior to travel, but we are not responsible for omissions or errors.

1.1.6 Required Information

To reserve a booking or to buy a service, we require that you supply certain personal information, including the full legal name, gender, birthdate, and passport information for each traveller, as required by law and/or reasonably required to enable us and our suppliers to provide your purchased products and services. We also require contact information, including address, phone number, and email address, from the person making the booking. We request a phone number and email address for all other travellers, except for minors and family members who live together at the same address, so that we may reach you and your travel companions in case of last-minute itinerary changes or emergencies. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide for yourself and on behalf of other travellers on your booking is complete and accurate. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any errors or omissions in the information you have provided to us, or any fees or damages related to such errors or omissions.

1.2 Changes & Customizations

1.2.1 Changes 

-A Change fee in addition to any other charges resulting from your request (any difference in airfare, any extra costs for hotels, etc.) has to be invoiced and paid by you. If the total price of the changed booking or service is more than your previous total, you are responsible for paying the difference.

1.2.2 Name changes

– Due to government and airline requirements, you must provide us the names of all travellers, including titles such as Jr. or Sr. and any multiple first, middle, or last names, exactly as they appear on each passport. 

– Any name changes (due to errors, marriage, or other reasons) should be reported to us immediately. Please note that such changes are subject to a Name-change fee.

1.2.3 Extended Stays

You may be able to extend your stay and we can arrange modified flight dates, extra hotel nights, subject to availability and other restrictions. However, by confirming your extended stay, you agree to pay any additional charges resulting from it.

1.3 Cancellations

1.3.1 Cancellations by You

– If you select to cancel your online package or any other services before confirmation, you must notify us through our communication channels and a cancellation fees may apply . However, it shall be noted that all services and packages cannot be cancelled after confirmation and are non-refundable. 

1.3.2 Cancellations by Us

We may cancel or reschedule a trip due to unsafe conditions, events beyond our control, or other reasons. In such cases, we will notify you promptly before your flight date (unless the cancellation arises from unforeseen circumstances after that) and offer either alternative travel dates or a full refund. We also reserve the right to cancel a specific booking or remove a traveller at our discretion before departure, refunding any payments made to us.

Please note that we are not responsible for cancellations made by airlines for any reason, including flight delays, rescheduling, or other disruptions. Additionally, we are not liable for incidental expenses or consequential losses resulting from a cancelled booking, such as lost earnings, loss of enjoyment, or costs related to connecting flights, accommodations, airport transfers, visas, document fees, vaccinations, or other services arranged based on your planned trip

1.4 Scope of the Services

1.4.2 Not Included Services

For most of our packages, unless otherwise noted, the following items are not included in the advertised package price:

(a) Excess baggage fees

(b) Advance seat reservations

(c) Entry visa fees

(d) Optional extensions & excursions

(e) Personal, baggage & travel insurance

(f) Gratuities

(g) Beverages

(h) Any items of a personal nature

1.4.3 Unused Services

 – Unused services cannot be refunded once the trip has begun. No refund can be made for absence by travellers from any part of the itinerary.

1.5 Prices

– Advertised prices covers only the cost of accommodation and a round trip ticket to the listed destination except for the following, for which you must be responsible: vaccination fees, travel insurance, cost of passport and visas, personal equipment, and personal expenses while on the trip and any other expenses specifically excluded on the trip description and/or invoice.

– We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in quoted online prices at any time before your trip is confirmed. We will advise you of any error of which we are aware of and the applicable price at the time of confirmation.

– Prices and availability are subject to changes until you make a booking, and that booking is confirmed. After that, the price will not change, with some exceptions listed under below:

(a) You request changes or customizations to your booking or service

(b) New or increased government taxes or fees are implemented that apply to your package or its components. In case we are subject to mandatory withholdings or deductions by operations of law (e.g., taxes), we reserve the right to gross-up the invoice amount with the applicable rate to ensure that it receives the full amount.

 (c) Vendor costs applicable to your package or its components increase.

Under any of these circumstances, we will inform you how your purchase price will be affected.

1.6 Payments

1.6.1 Payment terms

– If any balance is due after making your booking confirmation, you must pay this balance via one of our accepted payment methods. If, for any reason, you have not paid in full 7 days after your confirmation, your invoice will be subject to a 50 Euro late payment fee. If you have not paid in full 14 days after your confirmation date, your booking will be cancelled, and we reserve our right, in case of overdue payments, to charge interest on late payments and pursue legal actions against the debtor.

– Kindly note that all risk and banking fees are borne by the invoiced party (customer).

-If you make payments in excess of your due balance, you can choose to receive a refund of the excess amount.

 1.6.2 Payment Methods

-We accept payments only by Bank Transfers or Cash.

1.6.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed and paid within 2-4 weeks after confirmation. If we need to recover funds already paid to our partners for your services, your refund will be issued after those funds have been recovered. If your invoices have been settled through bank transfer then a refund will be issued directly to the bank account that you had made your transfer from.

  1. Usage of the website and other communication channels

– You agree to use our website and other communication channels only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular service. In addition, you agree that when using such interactive services, you will not:

(a) Share files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws or by rights of privacy or publicity unless you own or control such rights or have received all necessary consents.

(b) Share files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer.

(c) Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.

(d) Share any falsified documents that would refer you to legal matters

– Our website is provided “as is. To the extent permitted by law:

(a) We make no representation or warranty whatsoever that the website shall be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, correct, complete, error-free, free from viruses and malicious components, or compatible with your systems

(b) Some translations on the website are powered by 3rd party services and providers. Such 3rd party providers disclaim all warranties related to the translations, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, reliability, and any implied warranties for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You agree that we may make available services or automated tools to translate Content and that the Content may be translated using such services or tools. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of translations and Participants are responsible for confirming the accuracy of such translations.

  1. Liability

– We are not responsible or liable for any delayed or changed flights announced by the airlines. However, we guarantee you that we do our best to act accordingly and, in your favour, as per the airline’s policies and conditions.

– We exclude all liability for any losses arising out of or in connection with:

(a) The unavailability or inaccessibility of the website

(b) Any interruption, delay or failure of the website, or any connected and related systems, components, interfaces, equipment, documentation, materials, and technology provided by us.

(c) Any third party’s networks and infrastructure which are used in connection with the website.

(d) Any incorrect, inaccurate, corrupt, undelivered, or misdirected availability information.

(e) any virus or harmful components or loss or damage to the website

– We shall not be liable to you (or any person claiming under or through you) whether in contract, in court (including negligence), under statute or otherwise under or in connection with these Terms for any:

(a) loss of profit or revenue.

(b) loss of anticipated savings.

(c) loss of goodwill.

(d) loss of opportunity or business.

(e) business interruption; or

(f) indirect or consequential Losses of whatever nature including any Losses of a type described in (a) – (e) above which could be regarded as indirect or consequential, in each case whether or not reasonably foreseeable, reasonably contemplatable, actually foreseen or actually contemplated by us or you at the time these Terms are entered into.

– We are not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

-Subject to previous sections, if we are found to be liable, our total liability in respect of all claims shall be limited to the fees related to the specific service or booking
